Pomar Family – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the Loyalty Program

Pomar Family is our free loyalty program that celebrates the combination of timeless Nordic style and responsible craftsmanship. As a member, you earn points from every purchase and unlock tier-specific benefits, such as early access to sales, exclusive offers, and online store credits.

Joining Pomar Family is free and easy. Create an account or log in at pomar.fi and start earning points immediately.

If you already have a Pomar customer profile, you are automatically a member of Pomar Family and do not need to register again.

However, remember to subscribe to our newsletter and notifications to receive information about your points, level, and member benefits.

All new members without purchase history start at the Huopa level.

It is important to note that rewards and points are specific to each online store.

For example, points earned on pomar.fi and pomarshoes.com cannot be combined or used across different accounts or online stores. They are only valid in the online store where they were earned.

You can earn PomarFamily points in many different ways – not only by shopping but also through various activities. Here's how you can earn points:

  • Create an account – 500 points
  • Make a purchase – points per euro (€) spent
  • Celebrate your birthday – 500 points
  • Like us on Facebook – 200 points
  • Subscribe to our YouTube channel – 200 points
  • Join the newsletter – 200 points
  • Refer a friend – 1,000 points

Points will be activated 30 days after the purchase.

You can use your Pomar Family points at pomar.fi.  

At checkout, select "use points" to apply points toward part of the total amount. 

You can either: 

  • Pay part of the total amount with points or 
  • Redeem points to get certain accessories and care products completely

1000 points = 1 € 

Redemption limit: You can use up to 15,000 points per purchase, which equals a 15 € discount. 

Accessories and care products are an exception. You can use as many points as you want on selected accessories and shoe care products. 

Yes! Joining is completely free – no commitments, no fees.

The Pomar Family has three membership levels:

  • Felt: The starting level when you register. Start earning points and enjoy special offers.
  • Suede: Unlocks with a higher annual purchase amount. Get early access to new releases and member-only campaigns.
  • Nappa: The highest level. Enjoy VIP benefits such as first access to new collections and seasonal rewards.

Points remain valid as long as you make at least one purchase or redeem points within 12 months.

If the account is inactive for more than 12 months, unused points will automatically expire.

If you return a purchase, the points earned from that order will be deducted. If you paid with points, they will be refunded if the return is approved.

You can redeem points at checkout by selecting “Use points.” Points will reduce the total amount to be paid.

In most cases, yes. Points can be used together with campaigns or discount codes unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, such as limited campaigns, special offers, or sales, combining may not be possible. Any restrictions will always be clearly communicated.

Log in to your Pomar account and go to the PomarFamily page, where you can see your points, level, and available rewards.

Currently, transferring points between Pomar Family accounts is not possible. Each account earns and uses points separately to ensure fairness and security.

If you want to share the Pomar Family experience, you can use the Refer a Friend program – both you and your friend will receive bonus points when they join and make a purchase.
